Platform Consolidation – Managing SAP Content in Office 365

Managing cost and becoming more efficient are constants in exploration and production (E&P). Many E&P organizations under the banner of digital transformation are consolidating their unstructured data into Office 365. Apache has embarked on such a journey, which included understanding the usability requirements for document-centric content outside of the SAP environment and migrating millions of documents to SharePoint Online while not interfering with the inside SAP user experience. The end result is the elimination of legacy technology and achieving better leverage of investments in SAP and Office 365.
