    Alan has more than 20 years of experience in building and leading teams responsible for the development and implementations of technical architectures to enable exploration and production organizations to better manage their files, improve review processes, and better leverage drilling and production information from disparate systems. Alan is recognized for the ability to leverage deep technical skills, industry experience, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver the most challenging projects and programs. Core expertise held by Alan includes extensive experience gathering business requirements, developing functional requirements, software specifications, organizational change management, business process redesign, project planning, project management, and program management.

    As director of data and development, Mike McCane leads Love’s information technology team delivering business and technology transformations. He is responsible for guiding the company’s innovative team accountable for application management, architecture, development, integration, and business intelligence (BI) and analytics. Mike is accountable for the implementation and support of solutions, such as SAP Suite on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP) and DataFlow (HDF) for those using Apache Hadoop. Mike joined Love’s Country Stores & Travel Stops as an SAP technical manager in 2013, working his way up quickly to Manager of Data and Development services later that year. Previously, he worked as an SAP oil solution architect for several oil and gas companies from 2001 to 2012. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business.

    Martina Schraven is KBR’s Director IT Enterprise Applications. She has over 18 years of experience directing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise Applications. For the past twelve years, Martina has supported Noble’s SAP, Microsoft O365, SharePoint, Learning Management, and Hyperion  environments. She has successfully deployed and provided support for 13 different SAP applications ranging from SAP ERP Central Component, SRM supplier self-service (SUS), business intelligence, and most recently Management of Change. In addition, she has experience in enterprise application promotion from on premise to cloud. Prior to Noble, her experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Schwarz Pharmaceuticals, and Kohler Company has enabled her to have an understanding of various business processes in a wide array of business portfolio deployments.

He brings the perspective of both being a consultant on multiple SAP implementations, and then working in the business, being responsible for these applications, and supporting technologies.

He has over 10 years of experience working at SAP and in the oil and gas industry. His prior experience includes consulting and management in the business services, software, and retail industries.

    Gene Guidry is currently program manager for Chevron’s next-generation ERP program, LEAP. Gene received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Nicholls State University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He joined Texaco in 1981 and had multiple assignments, including real-time automation and control, statistical quality control, and refinery information systems. Before rejoining Chevron in 2008, he was VP of professional services at Aspen Technology, director at Honeywell Automation & Control, and engineering manager at Mustang Engineering. He has been a program manager since rejoining Chevron, focusing on large-scale programs such as Cybersecurity Acceleration, Gorgon LNG capital project, Upstream North America Materials Management, and Global Manufacturing Asset Management and Reliability.
